Bodone, about 12 km from Gravedona, is a popular destination because of its tranquillity and above all because of the breathtaking views.
The terraced house in question was built in 2010 and is equipped with excellent finishes such as organic larch windows and doors, walkways, windowsills and roofs in beola, exterior masonry made entirely of stone, roofing with white Himalayan quartzite beola, and copper tiling.
Once inside the entrance door we find a magnificent living room with kitchenette and bathroom, made of porcelain stoneware, a graceful wooden staircase leads directly to the two bedrooms on the upper floor, with the particular characteristic of being made of oiled and brushed larch.
The cottage also has an entirely private garden of about 22 square metres and a parking space that is also private.
